Re-Registration

Students must re-register to continue studying before the beginning of each new semester.  To re-register, students must completely pay all necessary fees to a specific University account. During re-registration, students must state whether in the following semester they intend to:

  • Complete an internship
  • Complete a volunteer internship abroad
  • Continue their course of study abroad or 
  • Interrupt their course of study to go abroad for another relevant reason.

This information must be submitted at the latest four weeks before the beginning of the new semester.  Students receive their student documentation for the next semester after having successfully completed the re-registration procedure.

Re-registration Procedure

Re-registration takes place by:

  • Signing up for Online-Banking Fee Payment
  • Or paying the fees directly (Überweisungsschein) to the account of the Staatsoberkasse Bayern:
    • Account Number: 2401190315

    • Bank: Bayerische Landesbank
    • Reason for Payment: Martikelnummer (don´t forget this!) / Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences Tuition and Other Fees
  • Total Amount:
    • 42, - (only if exempt from paying fees),
    • 412, - (normal fee),
    • Or other partial fees e.g. part-time programmes)
  • To pay from abroad:

Fees

The following fees are required at the time of re-registration:

  • Studentenwerk Fee (currently) 42,- € for all programmes as well as the following tuition fees:
  • Tuition 370, - €
  • Tuition 500, - €:
    • Bachelor Business Informatics (part-time while working),
  • Tuition 1500,- €:
    • Bachelor Healthcare Pedagogy (part-time while working),
  • Tuition for Part-Time Courses:
    • Bachelor Business Informatics: 246,67 €
    • Bachelor Business Informatics: 333,33 € (part-time while working)
    • Master Business Informatics: 185, - €
    • Master Civil Engineering: 222, - €

According to the follow law on registration, re-registration and exmatriculation at the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences, each student must register completely in the proper manner within the stated deadline.

Information

  • The required fees must show a debit from the account two weeks after the beginning of the new semester if paying by direct bank debit.
  • Re-registration with bank transfer of the Studentenwerk fee must occur within the deadline; tuition fees must be paid at the latest two weeks after beginning of the new semester
  • Proof of new Registration is possible (Online-Portal) and Extension of Student I.D. (Text on reverse side of smart card at the Self Service-Terminal), as soon as bank debit has been entered or with a bank transfer when the receipt of payment has been sent by the  Staatsoberkasse and entered into the data bank.
  • Written requests for exemption from tuition fees should be sent to Frau Reul in Office B210 with the relevant documents by the end of January 2012 at the very latest! 
  • Proof of an internship in the next semester or for a course of study abroad must be submitted at the very latest four weeks before the new semester begins (Internship Contracts, etc.).

You have missed the deadline for paying the fees?

If you missed the deadline for re-registration, the only possibility to pay for re-registration is by bank transfer.
