INSURANCE
For information, please contact your own insurance agent about the following questions:
- Is my German insurance valid in the desired target country?
- Is it recommended to get additional or supplementary insurance for complete coverage?
Afterwards, you can decide whether additional private accident or liability insurance will be necessary or not.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GO ABROAD?
Normally, a Semester Abroad is only reasonable after the end of the 2nd. Semester. At this time, all basic courses for the major courses of study have been completed. International Management students have to study abroad either in their fourth or fifth semester. Students from Tourism Management should go in their third semester and all other students should go either in their fourth or fifth semester in order to get most classes approved. But of course you can go abroad in any semester you like.
