Job Openings for Students

Whether you are looking for new, permanent employees, research students for a thesis project, interns or even working students or students to work during the semester holidays, your job offering can be published in our internal university Online Career Market.

  • Sending job offerings via an email newsletter:

Once a week we send our students an email with the current job offerings

  • Personal mediation:

In counseling sessions with students we call their attention to current job offerings

  • Offering work placements/internships

For employing students during their work placement semester

  • Affirmative action for female students:

You have the possibility of supporting our future female engineers and business leaders through special offers such as work placements and summer schools

Mutual Exchange of Information and Experience

  • Cooperation in the Career Service Seminars:

You can implement seminars (e.g. job application and interviews, soft skills) and at the same time introduce your company. Evening lectures, day seminars, as well as elective subjects taught during the semester, are all possible.

  • Personal assistance with questions about getting in touch with the university:

Counseling, specialist questions etc. – the Career Service and the Center for Research, Technology and Knowledge Transfer would be glad to arrange contact with the relevant professors and forward your questions to the appropriate person

  • Mentor Program:

We would be very pleased if the success of the future generation was also a matter of concern for you and you would be willing to act as a mentor for a student of exceptionable ability.

  • Further Education Program:

Invitation to, resp. information about specialist lectures and events

Public Relations

  • Display of your enterprise’s brochures

Students have the opportunity to inform themselves about your firm in advance

(Deggendorf University’s online alumni magazine) You have the opportunity to introduce your enterprise in the alumni magazine “Postgraduate” (published quarterly)

  • Alumni book and CD:

Once a year you will receive our alumni book in printed and digital form.

  • Contact to alumni:

AlumniNet is the official alumni association of Deggendorf University in which we can place your job offerings for young professionals among the alumni.
